Born in San Francisco, she grew up in Hawaii during World War II where she met her husband John G. Lopez Sr. and started their family. She was a rumba dancer, bobby sox coach, and she loved to play and watch sports (49ers fan). She moved to Las Vegas in 1992, said the Rosary everyday, enjoyed playing nickel slots, and doing word find puzzles. Pauline was a beautiful, strong-willed, fun-loving, and spiritual woman, a loving and caring mother to Gloria (Penny) Kelekolio, Marie (Star) Medeiros & Leroy, John (Lucky) Lopez Jr. & Marie, Anthony (Derby) Lopez & Amalia, Mario (Skippy) Lopez & Paul Dominic Lopez, grandmother to 21, great grandmother to 34, great great grandmother to 14, sister to Hattie Rodrigues, Vivian Rodriguez, Vickie Arrelano, and Raymond Colón, guardian of her dog Chico, and beloved of many family and friends who love her and will miss her deeply.
