PEDRO LORENZO “INSO” BAXA VELASCO Age 92, of Kapolei, Hawaii passed away on April 26, 2024 in Kapolei. Born September 5, 1931 in Bacarra, Ilocos Norte, Philippines. Retired Sales Agent from Prudential Life Insurance. Preceded in death by wife Evangelista Velasco; brothers Basilio Velasco and Ignacio Velasco; sisters Mercedes Ramil and Angeles Velasco; son Lorenzo Velasco, Jr; grandson Daniel Velasco, DPT; son-in-law Keawe Santiago. Survived by brother Alfonso (Corazon) Velasco; sister Catalina Rosimo; son Andres (Cirila) Velasco; daughters Rufina (Larry) Mateo, Rosalinda (Cadmar) Cadiente, Edith Santiago, Joycelynn (Hung) Balcourt; 8 grandchildren; 3 great grandchildren; numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins. Visitation 5:30 p.m.; Service 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday, June 18, 2024, at Mililani Memorial Park – Makai Chapel. Burial: June 19, 2024, 10:00 a.m. at Mililani Memorial Park. Casual attire, welcome
