Perpetua Orlanda Tolentino, 91, of Wahiawa, Hawaii passed away on January 19, 2022. She was born in Magsingal, Ilocos Sur, Philippines.
She is survived by her son, Floro Tolentino (Annabelle); daughters, Thelma T. Ramos (Eduardo), and Benedicta Lazo; 4 grandchildren; 7 great-grandchildren.
Services to be held on Tuesday, April 5, 2022 at Mililani Memorial Park & Mortuary - Makai Chapel. Visitation begins at 5:00 PM, Program at 6:00 PM and Wake Service at 6:30 PM.
Mass to be held on Wednesday, April 6, 2022, 12:00 PM at Our Lady of Sorrows Church, Wahiawa. Private Burial Service to follow, 1:30 PM at Mililani Memorial Park, Waipio.
