He is survived by his sons, Brandon Manuel and Randy Manuel, Jr.; father, Jun D. Manuel; mother, Sanie E. Manuel; brother, Noel E. Manuel; sisters, Helen (James) Tyler and Maye (Louie) Montero; grandmother, Zoila Manuel.
Services to be held on Tuesday, May 31, 2022 at Mililani Memorial Park & Mortuary - Makai Chapel. Visitation begins at 10:30 AM and Funeral Service at 11:30 AM. Burial Service to follow, 12:30 PM at Mililani Memorial Park, Waipio.
