Ray Allen Ford, 78, left us on October 4, 2021 with his family by his side at Queens West Medical Center.
Ray was born on October 21, 1942 in Benbush, West Virginia to James Ford and Martha Gibs, And raised by Mary Ford.
Ray moved to Oahu in 1957. He met Julita and graduated from Waialua High and Intermediate. Ray began his military career services, first in the U.S. Navy as a radio man, then retired from the U.S. Air Force as a Senior Master Sergeant.
Ray’s hobbies are camping, fishing, home renovations, and teaching. But, most of all, Ray loved his family so much.
Ray is survived by wife, Julita; sons, Damon and Darrin; daughters, Lisa (deceased) and Lavena Ford. Ray had 7 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren; sisters, Jerry (deceased) and Arlene; brothers, Don and Cecil (both deceased), and multiple nieces and nephews.
Funeral Service will be held on January 5, 2022 at Mililani Memorial Park and Mortuary Makai Chapel.
