Best Uncle a kid could have! My best memory of him is him taking me crabbing on the canal at Kailua beach. He caught a crab and started pulling the legs off and eating it. I was so grossed out I started laughing hysterically… He was good and had a good heart and was a man who worked hard to protect and provide for his family. You will be missed uncle. Aloha

Unko Ricky was always telling jokes and making everyone laugh I remember when I seen him one new years and he was telling everyone about his diabetes and he was missing his toe ! I said Aii uncle what happened? He said the dog bit off my toe I couldn’t feel em because my diabetes 🤣 the way he was telling the story was how a true sallas would tell it always was a pleasure to know uncle Ricky you will be loved uncle may you rest in peace 🫶🏻❤️
