I am not sure if i have the correct Richard Douglas Cho... I think i do. Bear with me as this is a rather long story i will do my best to truncate. During the Korean War, My Father Alfred La Luna- saved a little boy from a bombing raid on their encampment in Korea. He saved a little boy..."Chisai" who lost his limbs. My Father went on to try to adopt "CHISAI" but ran onto issues. He wanted to ensure "Chisai" would be helped...so my father ensured the little boy would make it to Boys Town Nebraska...From there my Father went on a game show called "Strike it Rich" to raise money to pay for Prosthetic limbs for "Chisai" .....I am hoping this is the same person, who sadly i have discovered passed away.
