As a young NCO, I had the distinct pleasure and honor of working with and for Dickie at Skivvy Nine in both the Analysis & Reporting (DOA) Shop and on the Korean Tactics Analysis Team (KTAT). Learned so much not only about analysis and reporting but being an effective and professional NCO as well. RIP.
