RICHARD YOJI NOGUCHI, 88 of Wahiawa, passed away in Wahiawa. He was born in Honolulu. He is a retired Electrical Engineer Supervisor for Hawaii Electric Company. He is a Veteran of the United States Army. He is survived by his sons Jeffrey (Connie) Noguchi and Neal (Stephanie) Noguchi; sister in law Jean Noguchi and 4 grandchildren. Visitation 9:30 am, Friday, July 7, 2017 at Mililani Mortuary - Makai Chapel. Memorial service 10:30 am. Inurnment to follow at 1:00 pm at Mililani Memorial Park. Casual attire, flowers welcome.
