Richard David Ortiz Sr, 89, of Kapolei, Hawaii passed away on January 08, 2024. He was born on February 09, 1934.
He is survived by sons, Steven Alan Ortiz (Nani), Johnny Dee Ortiz, Robin Gary Ortiz (Rae); brothers, Wilfred Ortiz, Daniel Ortiz (Dolores); 15 grandchildren; 28 great grandchildren; 3 great great grandchildren. Funeral Service will be held on Monday March 11, 2024 at Mililani Mortuary Makai Chapel. Visitation begins at 10:00 am; and service 11:00 am. Burial 12:30 pm at Mililani Memorial Park.
