Robert Milne Napier, 78, of Waipahu, HI, passed away on May 1, 2023. He was born on June 8, 1944 in Honolulu, HI.
He is survived by sons, Justin Alika Napier (Mi-jung) and Juddsen Anahulu Napier (Katie); daughters, Bobbie-Jo Puakau Griffith (Dustin), Bridget Puaonaona Napier; and five grandchildren.
Service to be held 2:00 pm on Saturday, June 3, 2023 at Maukele Ranch, Helemano.
