I will always keep you in my heart.....
MIA.....
Being around Uncle Rudy always lifted my mood. He was exceptionally generous and good-natured, and I’ll remember his big heart forever. His kindness to family and friends was always on display, and his caring and welcoming attitude extended to strangers and those in need. Blaize, Cassady, and Matten were his world, he loved my cousins Debbie and Crystal with everything he had, and he adored my Aunty Cora. He was truly a pillar of positivity and goodness in our Ursua family. My mom has told me many stories of her little brother instinctively taking care of those close to him, and I will hold close the many fond memories I have laughing, talking story, and simply being around my Uncle Rudy.
Rudy rest in peace. We have great memories l!! We thank you so much for your beautiful smile, kindness n generosity. You always remember to share us your great fruits n vegetablesharvest. They were so fresh n we enjoyed them. OMG, the huge avocados that we have never seen including the papayas. Furthermore, your landscaping skills were admirable, you did a great job in our front garden, beautiful job!! Wil miss you. Enjoy the company of your Dad n manang Natie and watch over your family and friends.✌ï¸ðŸ™â¤ï¸ðŸ™âœŒï¸
The one thing I remember most about Rudy is his smiling face. Whenever I went to Wahiawa/Whitmore Village for Ursua family gatherings, Ruby would come up to me and slap me on my back as his way of saying "hi" and show his smiling face. I have a lot of fond memories of him and the Ursua family.Cora, Debbie, Crystal and the Ursua family, I am thinking of you all and send my deepest sympathy.
Rudy was an only son and had 5 sisters. Growing up with energetic powerful “bossy†sisters was not that easy for him but he loved and enjoyed each moments and built so many priceless memories that we keep in our hearts forever. He married his high school sweetheart Cora and blessed with 2 beautiful children Debbie and Crystal, 3 amazing grandchildren Matten, Blaize and Cassady and his 2 son in laws Douglas and DJ. Rudy was not afraid of work and with help of family he was able to buy a home for his family. Rudy had struggles and challenges and was lost for a while but with his great determination , help and support from his family he regained himself and family back. He worked for many years as a cook/chef for Tv series and movies. My brother was kind and generous to my children and they loved him very much. One of his fine qualities was helping those who have been lost. He cooked and fed them, he gave them clothes, open his home so they could have a good shower.and decent sleep sometimes. Cora, Debbie, Crystal, Matten. Blaize and Cassidy were his whole universe and they will miss him. I will miss him. RIP my brother, you have a huge entourage welcoming you home.
Rudy was only 20 years old when I met him. He was already married to Cora ( no mistake of his choice for a wife) and soon had 2 beautiful daughters. Rudy always worked hard for his family . Rudy went to a period of being lost to his good life but with his own great effort and the support of everyone around him he regained himself. He was very kind to my children they love him and remember him and the excursions he took them in when we visited . Rudy was blessed with love and support of his wonderful 3 women, Cora, Crystal and Debbie . His 3 grandchildren Matten, Blaize and Cassady were his world. They will miss him. I offer my sad condolences .
When I think of Wahiawa and Whitmore and the aina, the mountains and red dirt are two things that always come to my mind. And, when I think of these two things I always think of my Uncle Rudy. As a child he took us into the hills in the back of his truck and taught us to flash the shaka as we drove around town. He let us flood his front yard with a hose to turn the red dirt into mud and flush out the large bugs. I have vivid memories of the front yard/drive-way parties. Uncle Rudy was always jovial, loving and welcoming. So many of my fond memories of childhood in Hawai'i were because of him, Auntie Cora, Debbie and Crystal. Thank you Uncle for all the aloha. We miss you. When I look out at the Mountains and Fields around Wahiawa, I will always think of you. Auntie Cora, Debbie, Crystal and Ursua family, we will pray with you and hope that we will all be united together in the Lord.
My condolences to the Ursua ohana. Rudy was a free spirited person n had a kind heart â¤ï¸, I will always remember him n his corvette n he use to have a sense of humor always laughing n wore a smile. He was that Filipino Casanova 😂 May you Rest In Peace my brother. Lots of love n aloha for all the good times.
