RONALD VERANO
July 24, 1947 – January 11, 2020
A hard-working Filipino man, of Wahiawa, Oahu, passed away peacefully, surrounded lovingly by his family.
He was a two tour Air Force Vietnam Veteran and a retired diesel mechanic from Pacific Machinery.
Proud to be educated with two Associates and one Bachelor’s Degree.
Survived by his loving wife of 33 years, Cynthia, daughters Sharon (Shawn) O’Shea,
Ramona (Laione) Sekona, Germaine (Clinton) Tsukamoto, Joanna Ramos (Deceased).
Sons Jay Verano, James Cortez, Jr., Sean Cortez, Sr., 8 grandchildren, and 3 great-grandchildren.
He was devoted to his family and friends.
Family would like to express their gratitude to Tripler Army Medical Center Hospital and Center for Aging staff for care of Ronald during his time spent there.
Celebration of Life on February 14, 2020 at Mililani Mortuary, Mauka Chapel. Visitation: 5:00 p.m. Services: 6:00 p.m. Aloha Attire.
