I was fortunate to have worked with Sandra in California and in Hawaii. What a gal Sandy could hold her own with hard-core ranchers in north-eastern California and in Hawaii. She was good natured, had a heart of gold, persistent, and not afraid to speak the truth. You want to know the truth about an issue? Just ask her. The truth is what you got- no pulled punches! She was bold and determined and she was/is loved. So glad I had the privilege to know her.
