She is survived by parents, Sonny and Danika Crisostomo; brothers, James-Aldrin (Jennie) Caouette, Sydan, Syrus, Sypres-Peyton Crisostomo; sister, Aliahna Ramos.
Visitation will be 5:00 pm Monday December 23, 2019 at Mililani Memorial Park and Mortuary's Mauka Chapel followed by Funeral service at 6:00 pm.
