Tanya Pa'awaina Stone's Obituary
Our beloved mother Tanya Pa'awaina Stone (Gomes) passed away peacefully on April 11,2026 @ 11:08am at home in Waianae,HI. She was born on January 2,1972 in Honolulu, Oahu. She was born and raised on Oahu and continued her life in Spokane, WA. Where she raised 3 children and will continue to be remembered by many. Tanya was a single mother who went to school full time and earned her bachelor's degree in accounting, she also worked a full time job to provide for her 3 children and to make sure they were always taken cared of. She raised us to be strong, loving, and independent. We had many fantastic memories with our mother like taking part in cooking sunday dinners, playing board games, having movie marathons and baking Christmas cookies. Our mom enjoyed knitting, scrapbooking and reading books. Our mom loved with her whole heart and many felt it.
