Teodoro Geronimo Obituary
Teodoro “Ted” Geronimo, 88, a longtime resident of Seattle and Tacoma, WA, passed away on December 18th 2020.
Ted was born on August 20th 1932 in Manila Philippines to Francisco and Gavina Geronimo. He worked for the National Bureau of Investigation (NBI) for 25 years as a Fingerprint Technician. After his initial retirement, he migrated to the United States and worked anew this time for the Seattle Police Department (SPD) as a Latent Fingerprint Examiner. He finally retired in 2002 at the age of 70.
In 2016, he moved to Kapolei, HI to live with his two sons to enjoy his golden years in the Aloha State.
He was an avid coin, stamp and beanie babies collector and had an appraiser’s eye. He spent a few good weekends in garage sales always trying to walk away with some metaphorical treasures. A true Republican, he was always glued on TV trying to get the latest and greatest news around the globe. He was a faithful Golden State Warriors and the Seattle Seahawks fan.
Ted was survived by his 4 sons, a daughter, grandchildren, and great grandchildren. Private family services will be held at a future date.
