Iwalani Kaanoi Robbins
Sending our deepest and heartfelt sympathy to all my Cousins and Uncle Lawrence and their Families for the lost of their mother, sister, and our Auntie Theresa. I grew up with Auntie Theresa who was my mother's youngest sister. We both attended Kalakaua and Leilehua Junior High. Growing up in Kalihi Auntie Theresa had many friends and we also received the sacrament of Holy Communion together at St. John's Church. There was a stream next to Grandma Isabella's house where we would go swimming and one day another girl there looked like she was drowning and Auntie Theresa dived in and brought her safely to shore. She was a Hero! Later she and the rest of the Nunes Family moved to Wahiawa. It was there that she became my sponsor for the Sacrament of Confirmation. It was at the old Lady of Sorrows Catholic Church and now She is having her service at the new church. We both went our separate ways as we grew older but I want to say thank You for all the times you were there for us and I always Loved You and wished You the best. May You Rest in Peace. Aloha Oe Until We Meet Again. Niece Iwalani and Ohana
