TIRSO GOLINGO OBUNGEN, 83, of Ewa Beach, Hawaii passed away on August 26, 2017 in Ewa Beach. He was born in Tayung, Pangasinan, Philippines. Tirso retired from the United States Navy as a Petty Officer 2nd Class. He is survived by his wife, Paz R. Obungen, children, Aileen (Dennis) Tamanaha, Bernard (Suzie) Obungen and Eric Steven Obungen, brother Abad (Elsie) Obungen and 6 grandchildren. Private Services were held.
