Toshiki Tamura Obituary
Toshiki Toshi Tamura, Loving husband, father, brother, uncle, and grandfather, passed away peacefully at home on
November 22, 2021 at the age of 84. He was born in Yamaguchi-ken, Japan, and moved to
Honolulu at the age of 16. Toshi then attended the Hawaii Mission Academy, before graduating
from McKinley High School. After attending Honolulu Business College, he began a successful
career of more than 30 years in the banking and finance industry, eventually retiring as a Vice-
President at Hawaiian Trust Company after more than 20 years of service. He is survived by his
wife of 55 years, Aki Tamura, his daughter Lisa (Alfredo) Guerrero, his sister Sachiko Kazama,
two nephews, and his cherished grandsons Jacob and Evan.
