Vernon David Inoshita's Obituary
Vernon David Inoshita, a beloved husband, father, grandfather, brother, passed away on June 3, 2026, in Honolulu, Hawaii, at the age of 83.
Born and raised in Honolulu, Hawaii, Vernon graduated from Saint Louis School and the University of Southern California, where he pursued his passion for architecture. He went on to become an accomplished architect and eventually co-founded architectural firm, Design Partners Inc.; where he built a remarkable career marked by creativity, precision, ingenuity and a deep love for design.
Outside of work, Vernon was an avid golfer who found joy and camaraderie on the course. He was a devoted fan of USC, University of Hawaii sports and the Los Angeles Dodgers, rarely missing a chance to cheer all of them on. Above all, he cherished his family, friends and the time he spent with all those he loved.
Vernon is survived by his wife, Faith; sons, Mark (Jill), Todd (Mini); grandchildren's: Micah, Chasen, Ryden, Bailey, Jordyn; sister, Carolyn(Bill) Matsuura.
A celebration of life will be held on August 6, at Mililani Memorial Park- Mauka Chapel. Visitation 9:30-10:30; Service 10:30-11:30.
