Vic was one of a kind.Â His quick witÂ and charming manner put everyone at ease.Â I met Vic when he delivered my mail on Scholfield Bks.Â It was easy to like him very quickly. He and Marge became my pen-pals for over 27 years. They welcomed us with open arms when we visited in 2005.Â Ill' never forget Vic standing at the airport when we arrived with leis for us. He will be forever in my heart. A fine man and patriot!
