Victoria Resurreccion Basilio, 104, of Waipahu, Hawaii peacefully passed away on December 13, 2024.
Victoria was born June 10, 1920 in Barrio 7, San Nicolas, Ilocos Norte, Philippines, to her late parents, Honorio and Laureana Resurreccion. She was the eldest of 2 children.
In 1970, Victoria migrated to the United States and was employed for over 20 years as a custodian at Ala Moana shopping center, before retiring at the age of 73.
She was married to Cornelio Basilio and together, they had 4 children: Manuel Basilio (Aurora), Ruben (Glory) Basilio, Jose Basilio and Marina (Rolando) Manuel.
Victoria lived a beautiful life- rich in love, grace and devotion to faith and family. Her vibrant energy and spirit will continue to live on through her family and the lives she impacted.
Victoria is survived by her children; 14 grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren, 1 great-great-grandchild and many loving nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her brother Pedro Resurreccion.
A celebration of life will be held on Tuesday April 1, 2025, at Mililani Mortuary Mauka Chapel. Public visitation will begin at 8:30 AM. Service at 9:30 AM.
Burial to follow, 11:00 am at Mililani Memorial Park Cemetery.
