Wade is survived by his Wife Nicole Miura; sons Riley Miura, Maddox Miura, Nixon Miura; father Elmer (Francine) Miura; brother Francis (Myra) Miura; sister Helene (Ben) Heksch; mother Melissa Napuunoa; step sisters Georgianna Poloa, Frances (Ralph) Wilms; hanai sister Elmalene (Kaipo) Kaneao; father in law Steve (Danel) Licari; sister in law Monique Licari; brother in law Joel Licari.
Visitation will be 5:00 pm Saturday August 11, 2018 at Mililani Memorial Park's Mauka Chapel followed by funeral service at 6:30 pm.
