WALTER KALUA, age 84, of Kapolei, Hawaii passed away February 15, 2019 in Honolulu. He was born in Ka'u, Big Island, Hawaii on March 8, 1934.
Walter was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints-Ewa Beach Chapel, and he served in the U.S. Marine Corp during the Korean War. Walter will be missed by his Best Friend and Pet, Honey Girl.
Walter is survived by his Aunt: Mary Ku’ulei Evangelista; Nieces & Nephew: Lorna Kidder, Linda Morgan, Frances Labajo, Jandolene Medina, Nathan Chun, Labor Ann Hidaro; Grand Nieces & Nephews: John Kidder, Jonathan Kalauawa, Haunani Apolo, Mana Leilani Kalauawa Chun Faletusi Talo, KoMiko Trometreaus Kalauawa Chun Faletusi Talo; Great Grand nieces & Nephews: Brittany-Leah Waipa, Brian Waipa, Ikaika apolo, Solo Apolo, Mark Samante, Chance Kalauawa Apolo, Caily Kalauawa Apolo, Cheyden Kalauawa, Chaseten Kalauawa, Cylen Kalauawa; Dogs: HoneyGirl, Malulani, Faithful.
Memorial Committal Service 11:00 am, Wednesday March 20, 2019 at Hawaii State Veterans Cemetery (45-349 Kamehameha Hwy, Kaneohe, Hawaii).
