Wendell Sabarre's Obituary
Wendell Sabarre always met life head-on with determination, confidence, generosity, and loyalty. Those qualities shaped every bond he held dear.
Born on December 25th, 1957 in North Kona, Wendell grew up knowing the strength of family ties. He carried that same spirit into every stage of his life, keeping his roots close to his heart.
Wendell shared his days with his beloved wife, Regina M. Sabarre, cherishing the trust and laughter they built together. He remained a devoted son to Patsy Mae Sabarre and a steady brother to Iwalani Sabarre-Kapika and Lance Sabarre, always ready to stand beside them.
On January 28th, 2026, Wendell passed away in Waianae. Though his seat at the table is now empty, the example he set stays with us—be determined, stay confident, give freely, and honor every promise.
We will remember Wendell’s steady presence and the love he showed us. Until we meet again, we hold him close in memory and live each day a little more generously, just as he taught us.
