What can I say regarding a woman that we all loved so dearly
Let me start with she was a dedicated wife, mother, sister, aunty, grandma, and friend. As a mother she expressed her love with telling us she loved us. She gave from her heart and her pocket if need be, even though she had little to give.
Noni was a very strong woman, she fought cancer and won, she endured unexpected sorrow and rose to see the light of another day.
She had a great sense of humor that was so natural and not cruel. Her smile could be contagious and made a person feel the joy she may have been feeling.
Although she may have not finished her education, she required that her children did so. She expressed the importance of education for our success and wellbeing. Noni was a no nonsense person that would tell us what she thought and at times sought our advice at times.
She adored her sisters , brother and friends she remained in contact wherever her travel had taken her.
Winona, “Noni” to family and friends, Mommy to her children, Grandma Noni to her grandchildren, she was truly Loved here on Earth and in the Heavens. Aloha Oe, until we meet again
