Cynthia Lokelani Kalaaukahi Gabato passed away on January. 04, 2026. Cynthia is survived by Mother - Theresa Kalaaukahi, Husband- Jason Gabato, Siblings Catherine Manu, Zelei Vaka, Justin Kalaaukahi, Andrea Kalaaukahi – Dela Cruz, and 8 nieces and nephews.
She was known for her kindness, faith, and dedication. She lived her life guided by deeply held spiritual and personal beliefs with a strong sense of purpose, which shaped the way she cared for those around her.
As a Jehovah Witnesses, Cynthia was committed to living according to her faith. For many years she was involved in field service, spreading the gospel, offering encouragement and support to the people in her community and others she would meet. She found fulfillment in serving and sharing hope through meaningful conversations and acts of kindness.
Cynthia was a Teachers Aid and PPT for the Department of Education. She did this for several years working for Kapolei & Nanaikapono Elementary. Cynthia will be deeply missed and remembered for her compassion, strength and positive impact she made on those who knew her.
Family and friends will gather in remembrance of Cynthia’s life and values on
April. 11, 2026 at 530 PM at the Kapolei Kingdom Hall of Jehovah Witnesses, Kapolei.
