Playing card games especially “pictureâ€(?) Has always been something always done in Ewa. At one of Auntie and Uncles last visits we were getting ready to play Piyute at Auntie Meling’ s house. Auntie Gladys did not want to play. I asked her to sit by me and guide me as I was a “nubieâ€. Initially Auntie Gladys just watched quietly. I think Auntie just couldn’t hold back and slowly she was telling all the moves to make! lol. It didn’t take much to persuade her to take a seat. She wowed us by winning about every hand!!! This was for money too! We had a great time with lots of laughs!!! Thanks for the memory Auntie Gladys! Love and miss you!
