When he started with, "Hey, I gotta tell you something..." they knew they better take a seat, it would be a long one. He also loved to travel to visit family and friends. Regino Rivera age 64, keeps in shape by running 5 miles every morning. An enthusiastic runner, Regino has participated in the Great Aloha Run for the last 8 years. His goal each year is to beat his time from the year before. This year, he finished it in an hour and a half, 5 minutes ahead of his time last year. Regino says running keeps him looking and feeling healthier and gives him more energy for the rest of the day. Regino believes people should focus on three areas of life: spiritual, physical and mental. He says "If you have these areas in sync, it will keep you going and thinking positively."'
