Coach Rex,I'm sorry I didn't make it to your funeral. You know the drill, I had baseball, lol. I miss you. I miss your random text messages about your how well your family is doing. I miss your random text about certain baseball rules that came up and you weren't sure of, and how proud you made me feel because you could have asked anyone in the world, but you came to me. One of my fondest memories is the time you brought me up on stage with you at the baseball banquet at Dot's my last year coaching Darren at Leilehua. We sang Fire. I think of you often and I know you are watching down on everyone. Thank you for everything you have done for me.
