Ronald "Rags" Ragasa's Obituary
Ronald “Rags” Ragasa, 84, of Mililani, Hawaii, passed away on March 29, 2026. Born in Honolulu, Hawaii, he served in the U.S. Army and later worked as a commercial painter. Known to many simply as “Rags,” he carried that nickname with an easygoing spirit, and a humble heart.
An accomplished bowler, he also loved watching sports, painting homes with pride, and spending time in Las Vegas, where he could often be found enjoying a game of Keno.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Shirley Nakatsu Ragasa, in 2009.
He is survived by his children, Niki Ragasa and Todd Ragasa, and his brother, John Ragasa. He will be remembered for his hard work and love for his family.
