Ruth and Taji were dear friends of my mom and dad, Earl and Marilyn Rose, who met them when they lived in Honolulu in 1951-1952. I also met them in the early 80's on our first family visit to Honolulu. Taji was a terrific host and driver!Ruth and Taji also visited my parents at their condo on Maui. They also came to Boise to visit mom and dad during one of their trips to Las Vegas. Mom met them at the airport with a potato lei for poor Taji! They were worried mom and dad might not recognize them at the airport. IN BOISE, IDAHO!So many wonderful memories!My condolences to the family.
