So sorry, we just now heard this sad news. Patti and I send our sincere condolences to Billie and Stacy. We will always cherish the fond memories we have of the fun times we had with you and your Mom & Dad on our many outings with the Corvette Club of Hawaii in the 1970's. A long time ago, perhaps, but still fresh in our minds and hearts. We pray for God's comforting grace to be upon you and your entire family. Aloha, Bill. We will meet again.
It was the sound of various V8 engines, that drew our attention to cars, who parked around the stadium, on a Saturday morning, at the markets 2010. We met Bill, and noticed the 4 sale sign on "BadVet", a nice C5 Convertible. We purchased the car, Bill assisting us with transportation to LA, then onto Melbourne, Australia, where we had to do the right hand drive conversion at Corvette Clinic. Then the long haul across country, to Perth, Western Australia. Our hearts are hurting, condolences to Gail, Billy, and family.Eric and Ida Gange
It was an honor and pleasure meeting Bill with son Billy at a Cars & Coffee nearly 2 years ago. Either Bill or I would make it a point to stop over each others Corvette to say hi and talk story at every months Cars & Coffee when we were there. Bill’s friendship will be missed but not forgotten. Condolences to the Bartenstein Family.

My condolences to Billy and Stacy. Your dad was a wonderful man. I am glad to have met and befriended him. He will truly be missed. It won’t be the same at the car show. At least we all know that he is happy to be with his wonderful wife. Love you my friend you will be missed. Raynette Hyer
